An invoice will be issued and a non-refundable 50% deposit will be deducted from the credit card to secure the booking. Full payment must be received by 11 April 2019 to fully secure the booking.
I agree to all conditions outlined on this form and I authorise Bunbury Bus Hire to deduct the cost to repair any damage to the vehicle caused by or as a direct result of any passenger/s within my group’
The safety of drivers and passengers is our highest priority. Drivers have the right to refuse and/or remove passengers that are disruptive or acting in a manner that may be unsafe to others. Please be courteous of the next group and take all belongings and litter with you when departing the vehicle, Alcohol is not permitted on the vehicle. A cleaning charge will be added should the vehicle be left in an unacceptable condition. Preferred times are booked on a first in basis, If concert finish times change we will adjust pickup and drop off times accordingly. Due to the high demand for transport at this time, bookings are made by the seat as we endeavour to help as many people as possible get transport to and from the event, therefore Bunbury Bus Hire reserves the right to fill all seats on the bus that are not already reserved and paid for. Seats booked and paid for will not be refunded after the cut-off date 11 April 2019. All passengers must be on board the bus ready for departure at the allocated times, if you are late and miss the bus your seat cost will be forfeited. All passengers will be collected from and returned to the same location unless prior arrangements have been made.
